Hot Tent Use
Our hot tents are designed with a stove port to allow the use of compatible wood-burning stoves. However, the safe installation, setup, and operation of any stove system is entirely the responsibility of the user.
While our tents are manufactured using durable technical fabrics suitable for hot tent use, no canvas or polycotton material is fireproof. Damage can occur from sparks, embers, excessive heat, improper flue clearance, incorrect stove installation, or contact between the stove/flue and tent fabric. Such damage is considered accidental or user-related damage and is not covered under warranty.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship only and does not extend to damage caused during use, including (but not limited to) heat damage, scorch marks, burn holes, or damage caused by third-party equipment such as stoves or flue systems. By purchasing and using a hot tent, the user accepts responsibility for ensuring safe stove installation and operation, including maintaining appropriate clearances and fire safety precautions at all times.
We strongly recommend following all stove manufacturer guidelines and ensuring adequate fire safety measures are in place when using any heat source inside a tent.
