The Machu Picchu XL has been designed to maximise both living and sleeping space without compromise. Its enlarged central living area provides exceptional headroom, allowing you to stand comfortably inside the tent. The generous floorplan offers ample room for dining furniture, storage units, cool boxes and soft furnishings, making it ideal for families who want genuine indoor-style comfort on the campsite.

Oversized panoramic windows surround the living space, flooding the interior with natural light while maintaining privacy and weather protection. Multiple ventilation points ensure airflow remains optimal in warmer weather, creating a bright, airy and welcoming environment in all conditions.

At the rear, the extended sleeping compartment comfortably accommodates up to six people with ease. The open-plan layout provides the flexibility to fit multiple double air beds or a mix of doubles and singles. For 2026, optional cotton inner tents are available, allowing the rear space to be divided into separate bedroom compartments, perfect for families seeking privacy or adaptable sleeping configurations.

A fully sewn-in PVC groundsheet protects against draughts, insects and ground moisture, ensuring comfort whatever the season.

Constructed from premium 210g Aqua-Cotton fabric with an impressive 4500HH waterproof rating, the XL delivers exceptional durability, breathability and weather resistance. The fabric performs superbly in heavy rain while remaining comfortable in warmer temperatures, making it equally suited to UK touring pitches, long-stay seasonal plots or high-end glamping environments.

Advanced DURA-Air Technology

At the core of the Machu Picchu XL are Holawild’s high-pressure DURA-Air Tubes (patent-pending GB2519763.3). Independently tested to be over 200% stronger than standard TPU inflatable systems, these reinforced tubes provide exceptional rigidity, stability and long-term durability, even in challenging weather conditions.

A built-in pressure relief valve ensures the structure can never be over-inflated, whether from manual pumping or rising temperatures during the day, delivering total peace of mind in fluctuating climates. Inflation takes just minutes, and deflation is equally efficient thanks to our roll-direct-to-bag system, making pack-down straightforward despite the tent’s impressive scale.
