The AirTek Ashdown 4.0 AC Inflatable Couples/Small Family Tent represents the premium evolution of our popular Ashdown 4.0, now upgraded with advanced Aqua Cotton (AC) fabric technology. Combining revolutionary inflatable engineering with breathable comfort and refined detailing, this model delivers an elevated camping experience perfectly suited to couples and small families.

Constructed from our exclusive Aqua Cotton polycotton blend, treated with a hydrophobic finish, the Ashdown 4.0 AC achieves waterproof performance comparable to Technical Cotton while maintaining the breathability and soft-touch comfort of high-quality Polycotton. The result is improved temperature regulation, reduced condensation and a quieter internal environment, ideal for weekend escapes, touring holidays and longer stays across the UK and Europe.

Compact Footprint, Generous Comfort

The Holawild Ashdown 4.0 AC comfortably sleeps four people, and thanks to its Queen/King-size bedroom layout, can accommodate up to five when required. Designed to be erected by one person, it features our unique ‘Precision Pitch’system with pre-angled guy lines to maximise durability and structural integrity.

At the rear, a generously proportioned bedroom is configured in a flexible 3+2 layout with zipped dividers for added privacy. The premium cotton inner tents enhance breathability and help regulate humidity for a more natural sleeping environment. The King/Queen-size inner compartments can be combined to create one large open sleeping area if preferred.

With our top-of-the-line ‘Sleep Easy’ darkened bedroom system and outer flysheet, you can enjoy a peaceful, undisturbed night’s rest even during early summer mornings. A rear zipped ventilation panel allows controlled airflow in warmer weather, while the tent can be fully sealed when temperatures drop. The signature ‘Quilted Base’ adds a soft, insulating floor layer for enhanced comfort.

The fully enclosed living area boasts an impressive standing height of approximately 235cm (7.7ft), creating a remarkable sense of openness for a tent of this footprint.

The fully removable front dual-panel system transforms the entire front of the tent. The first panel provides waterproof protection with integrated door and windows, while the secondary mesh panel offers enhanced airflow and insect protection, creating a versatile indoor-outdoor living experience. Built-in air tube storage pockets help keep essentials organised and within easy reach.

Advanced DURA-Air Technology

At the core of the Ashdown 4.0 AC are our high-pressure DURA-Air tubes [patent-pending GB2519763.3], independently tested to be over 200% stronger than standard TPU air systems. These reinforced tubes provide exceptional rigidity and long-term durability.

Each tube is equipped with an integrated pressure release valve, ensuring the structure cannot be over-inflated, whether from pumping or rising temperatures. Inflation takes just minutes, and deflation is equally efficient thanks to our roll-direct-to-bag system, making pack-down straightforward and stress-free.

For additional reassurance, webbing storm straps are pre-attached at all four corners and can be quickly deployed when needed. The upgraded dual-pegging storm strap system enhances ground anchorage and distributes load more effectively, delivering increased stability in higher winds.
