Constructed from our exclusive Aqua Cotton polycotton blend, treated with a hydrophobic finish, the Parkhurst 4.0 AC achieves waterproof performance comparable to Technical Cotton while maintaining the breathability and comfort of premium Polycotton. The result is improved temperature regulation, significantly reduced condensation, and a more comfortable internal environment in both warm and cooler conditions, ideal for UK & European touring.

Spacious, Flexible & Designed for Comfort

The Parkhurst 4.0 AC comfortably sleeps four people, with space for five, and can expand to accommodate up to seven with the optional side pod. Designed for single-person pitching, it features our ‘Precision Pitch’ system with pre-angled guy lines to maximise structural integrity and durability.

At the rear, the generously proportioned bedroom area features premium cotton inner tents, enhancing breathability and comfort while helping regulate internal humidity. Zipped dividers allow flexible configurations, and the King/Queen-size inners can be combined to create one large sleeping space. Paired with our ‘Sleep Easy’ ultra-darkened bedroom system and outer flysheet, the Parkhurst 4.0 AC is designed to deliver a peaceful, undisturbed night’s sleep.

The spacious, fully enclosed living area boasts an impressive standing height of approximately 235cm (7.7ft), creating a genuine sense of openness rarely found in this category. Large panoramic windows flood the space with natural light, while the signature side-opening panels provide exceptional ventilation. For added versatility, a full-width side sun canopy can be attached to create a generous indoor-outdoor living area.

Advanced DURA-Air Technology

At the core of the Parkhurst 4.0 AC are our high-pressure DURA-Air tubes [patent-pending GB2519763.3], independently tested to be over 200% stronger than standard TPU air systems. These reinforced tubes deliver exceptional rigidity and long-term durability.

Each tube is fitted with an integrated pressure release valve, preventing over-inflation from pumping or temperature fluctuations, ensuring peace of mind in changing weather. Inflation takes just minutes, and deflation is equally efficient thanks to our roll-direct-to-bag system, making pack-down straightforward and stress-free.

For additional reassurance, webbing storm straps come pre-attached at all four corners and can be quickly deployed when required. The upgraded dual-pegging storm strap system enhances ground anchorage and distributes load more effectively, delivering increased stability in higher winds.
