Holawild and Bollin Group announce investment completed.
Fast-growing camping brand strengthens financial, operational, supply chain and aftersales support as it continues expansion across the UK and Europe
Holawild is pleased to announce the completion of the investment by the Bollin Group Limited the owners of Outdoor & Sports Company Limited (OSC), marking a major milestone in the brand’s continued growth and long-term development.
Since launch, Holawild has quickly established itself as one of the fastest-growing recent outdoor brands, driven by strong demand from campers, families and independent retailers. The brand has captured attention through its distinctive tent and awning designs, higher-quality materials, premium comfort features and innovative approach to inflatable camping products.
At the centre of Holawild’s product development is its DURA-Air system, designed to provide increased strength, stability and confidence in use. Combined with features such as premium quilted bedroom inners, generous living spaces, practical layouts and family-focused detailing, Holawild has positioned itself as more than a standard camping brand. Its products have been designed for campers who want comfort, quality and innovation without losing the practical reliability needed for real family camping.
This rapid growth has highlighted the strength of the Holawild brand and product range, but it has also brought challenges. Demand has at times exceeded product availability, placing significant pressure on supply chain, stock flow and operational capacity.
The partnership provides Holawild with the additional financial backing, operational experience, supply chain strength and aftersales infrastructure needed to build on its early success and support the next phase of expansion.
For retailers, the partnership provides greater confidence in Holawild’s ability to improve stock availability, strengthen forward planning and support long-term sales growth. For customers, it also brings reassurance that Holawild is backed by a larger and highly experienced outdoor business, with the resources, systems and aftersales support needed to stand behind the brand as it continues to grow.
Bollin Group via its OSC subsidiary is a well-established outdoor business with a strong portfolio of respected brands, including Sprayway, Trekmates, Bridgedale, Mountain Equipment, Ronhill and others. Its experience across outdoor distribution, operations, product support and brand development will play an important role in helping Holawild scale responsibly while continuing to focus on the products, values and retailer-first approach that have driven its growth to date.
Nick Roberts, Founder of Holawild, said:
“Holawild has grown faster than we ever expected, and while that is incredibly exciting, it has also created challenges. Demand has often been ahead of availability, and we know that has placed pressure on our retailers and caused frustration for some customers.
“The reason Holawild has grown so quickly is because customers and retailers have seen that we are not just another tent brand. Our focus has always been on creating products with distinctive designs, stronger structures, better comfort and genuine innovation. As we are all campers ourselves, the designs are thought through for real world camping, down to the smallest details that make a huge difference.
“This partnership gives Holawild the backing, infrastructure and experience needed to support that demand properly. With OSC’s support, operational knowledge & supply chain strength, Holawild is now in a much stronger position to grow into one of Europe’s leading camping brands.
“It also gives both retailers and customers greater confidence. Retailers can plan ahead with more certainty, and customers can buy Holawild products knowing the brand now has significant long-term support behind it.”
Stephen Cann, CEO of the Bollin Group Limited (the owners of Outdoor & Sports Company Ltd), said:
"We are very excited by the partnership and are looking forward to working with Nick and the Holawild team. There is a lot to do in terms of working on stock availability and systems and we appreciate the patience and assistance of the brands partners as we work to put the appropriate systems in place. This is part of the market where we have had prior experience and we are we very excited by the future opportunity od working to assist the brand realising its potential growth."
The partnership will allow Holawild to improve stock availability, strengthen forecasting and supply chain planning, expand support for its retailer network and continue developing innovative tents, awnings and camping products for the UK and European market.
Holawild will continue to work closely with its retail partners, with a renewed focus on forward planning, product availability, customer support and long-term growth opportunities for both the brand and its retailers.
The partnership marks an important step in Holawild’s journey as it builds on its rapid early growth and moves towards becoming one of Europe’s leading names in premium family camping and outdoor living.
